What is your response time?
We aim to respond to all inquiries, emails, and DMs within 3-5 business days, however, it is not uncommon that this can extend to 10 business days due to life circumstances. DMs on Instagram are not always seen or may be hidden from us, it is recommended that you contact us on the Contact Page.
How do I receive the pattern I purchased?
You will be sent an email with a download link to download your pattern. It is recommended that you download the pattern when you are properly connected to the internet and somewhere on your device that you can easily access after downloading.
Why does the download link say I’ve reached my maximum amount of downloads?
The Pulley system allows you to download the pattern 3 times before you no longer have access to download the document. If you see this message, take a look in the download files of your device to see if you’ve successfully downloaded the document. If you can’t find the document on your device, contact us on the Contact Page with your email and / or Order number so we can resend the download link or document(s) directly to you.
Can I pay using Paypal?
Yes, Paypal should be an option at checkout, alongside numerous other options including ApplePay and Credit Card payment methods. If you cannot find an option that works for you, it is recommended that you try purchasing patterns on our Etsy (link), or contacting us on the Contact Page.
A coupon code isn’t working.
Send us a message on the Contact Page about the coupon code / sale and we will help you determine what the problem is. Some coupon codes require multiple patterns purchased at once to fulfill the coupon, be sure to read the coupon description at the checkout page to ensure you understand the sale.
Do you offer pattern support?
Yes, we offer pattern support. Send us your question on the Contact Page. Please note, we will not be offering help regarding how to knit in general, rather, pattern specific questions to provide clarification.
I found an error in a pattern, how can I help fix it?
