Shipping policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Sercice and should be therefore read alongside out Main Terms. 

Please carefully review out Shipping Policy when purchasing out products. This policy will apply to any oder you place with us.

What are my Shipping Options?

Free Pickup 
We offer free pick up within Winnipeg, MB at Purl and Hank on Sundays during open hours. This is offered only for customers who live in Winnipeg, or willing to travel to Winnipeg, MB. 

Shipping Fees
We offer shipping using the following carriers:

  • Canada Post
  • DHL Express
  • UPS
  • Purolator

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

Shipping fees depend on the delivery location, item purchased, and carrier selected with delivery dates ranging from 1 - 60 days. Please refer to the shipping fees and estimated delivery dates when checking out. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

If you purchase is a preorder, there with be a processing time up to 2-6 weeks, where you as the customer will be notified. Upon completion of the processing time, you will be notified by email when the package has begun the shipping process. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) fees are paid at checkout to avoid any additional fees upon delivery. All taxes, tariffs, customs, or other additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. By placing a preorder you are accepting the terms and conditions, and the possibility of paying any additional fees required by your country, state, or province. 

Do you delivery internationally?
We offer international shipping to most countries. If you do not see your country available when checking out, please contact us on the contact page or send us an email (pearlbyrae@gmail.com) so that we can provide a shipping option for you.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Returns and Refunds
We unfortunately cannot provide returns at this time. All orders are final sale. All digital product downloads are always final sale. Thank you for your understanding.
